Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. Invisto does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a data processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Accessing, correcting or deleting your data
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw any consent you have given for the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Invisto, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organization designated by you.
You can send a request for access, correction, deletion or transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or to object to the processing of your personal data, to info@invisto.be.
To make sure that the request for access was made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and national register number (Rijksregisternummer). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, and in any case within four weeks.
Invisto would also like to point out that you have the option of filing a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit) (www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
