Qt developer

You work as a software engineer in our R&D team, carrying out Qt projects for our clients. The focus is on Qt and on building new applications: operator screens for machines, HMIs for devices and tools for engineers. We work with a flexible mix of working from home and at our office in Kortrijk.

What you do

• You develop Qt and QML applications in C++, from the first screens to the version that goes into production.
• You work with our colleagues in electronics, embedded Linux and UX, so the interface fits the hardware underneath it.
• You help shape the architecture and approach of a project, and share what you know with the rest of the team.

What we expect

• You have a good knowledge of Qt and C++.
• Knowledge of JavaScript frontend frameworks is a plus.
• Knowledge of Git, build systems and unit testing is also a plus.
• You enjoy working in a team, and you can also work on your own.
• You like sharing your knowledge and experience within an R&D team.
• You speak and write English well. Dutch or French is a bonus.
